This was the first time I noticed that the restaurant was open during lunch hours even though I had been there many times...That's not surprising, according to the male clerk who was standing alone in front of the iron plate, he had recently started opening for lunch. There was only one customer, so I guess it's not yet established as a restaurant where you can eat lunch. I received a cold drink with the scent of lemon, and when I asked for the big chicken Steak, the waiter placed a large piece of chicken on the iron plate. After grilling the customer's food, he places the bean sprouts and garnished vegetables on the griddle one by one, and uses a spatula to heat them up. Soup and salad will be served in advance. Cover the chicken with a lid for a while and steam it, then use a blowtorch to sear the surface, steam it further, and place the bean sprouts, garnish, and cut chicken on a warmed iron plate. The soup is a pumpkin soup that tastes like custard pudding. According to the staff, it's not always pumpkin, but it changes depending on the day, such as consommé, miso soup, or shrimp soup stock. The chicken is already cut, so you can use just chopsticks. As it's big, it's delicious. There is also a wide variety of vegetables that appear in salads and garnishes. A very attractive restaurant has entered Urawa's lunch scene.
