In conclusion, it's neither good nor bad. I saw some reviews saying that the portions were small, but I didn't get the impression that they were that small. There was no puffiness and the quality was very close to that of homemade okonomiyaki, but considering the price and the cleanup afterwards, there's nothing to complain about. If you're going to make Okonomiyaki at home, I recommend coming here. The service is typical of late-night chain Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). There's no enthusiasm and the staff seem tired. The okonomiyaki area in particular is located on the outskirts of Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) area, so it probably feels far away.
