Night in Urawa. It was late, but I went to the city of Urawa to drink lightly and go home. From the west exit of Urawa Station, go towards the old Nakasendo road. I found the sign of this shop at the entrance of the multi-tenant building. Yakiniku (Grilled meat) I decided to go in. Speaking of Gyukaku, it is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) chain store that spreads mainly in the Kanto region. I used to take care of it a lot, but I haven't used it much lately. It's been a long time since I've used it. There is a restaurant on the third floor of a multi-tenant building. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor. As soon as you get off the elevator, you will find the entrance of the shop. The inside of the store is quite large. It is mainly table seats. It was after 9 p.m. on Monday night, so there were not many customers. You will be taken to an empty table seat. First of all, draft beer. And the meat in moderation. I asked for a carefully selected 4 kinds of platter, grilled shabu plum kelp with mino, and spicy seared cucumber. First of all, Mino's grilled shabu. The minos are thinly sliced. Since it is grilled shabu, it must be eaten lightly broiled. Since it is plum kelp, it is served with a sauce of plum meat, salt kelp, and shiso. There was no explanation on how to eat it, so I lightly roasted it and added sauce. It tastes like mino, but you can't enjoy the texture of mino because it's thinly sliced. And it feels a little watery. It goes well with sauce. It's like eating Yakiniku (Grilled meat) refreshing. The four carefully selected assortments are four types of assortments: black Wagyu special short ribs, black Wagyu kurata, marbled upper tan salt, and black Wagyu beef geta. It looks quite gorgeous. I think it's cheap at 1650 yen. However, the quality of the meat is not as good as it looks, and it is another thing in terms of fat and lean flavor. The clerk Mr./Ms. is a young brother Mr./Ms. a sister Mr./Ms. serves customers. Since it was a cow horn, it was probably customer service according to the manual, but it was a safe feeling. It may be good in that you can easily Yakiniku (Grilled meat) one person. I'll ask you again when I remember.
