My first visit to Sukiya since the incident
I visited Sukiya for the first time in years. It was 5pm on New Year's Eve and when I entered the restaurant, there were only two customers. There was only one staff member. I looked at the menu on the table and ordered a kimchi Gyudon (Beef bowl) (regular size). Soon, the kimchi Gyudon (Beef bowl) was served in a bowl. As with other chain restaurants, it was a bit disappointing that the kimchi was ice cold. I don't like the idea of having a piping hot Gyudon (Beef bowl) and cold kimchi in my mouth, but I guess that can't be helped. I feel like the kimchi Gyudon (Beef bowl) would have tasted even better if it had at least been room temperature kimchi.

Breakfast in the middle of an early morning walk. I don't know if it's good to eat in the middle of the day, but sometimes I feel like having breakfast at a strange time. Recently, when I go to Gyudon (Beef bowl), I try to order something other than the basic menu as much as possible. This time, I had beef bowl with white Gyudon (Beef bowl) and garlic on top. In conclusion, it is best to avoid eating garlic in the middle of a walk. Especially in this day and age, when you walk while wearing a mask, the smell of garlic from your mouth comes back directly to your nose. The important thing is the taste... Although it's not crunchy, the white onions have a slightly crunchy texture that accentuates the softness of the meat. White onions on Gyudon (Beef bowl) is a good choice.
