月曜日の開店(11:30)に入りました。(2番目です)
鴨汁せいろ@1,500と追加で茄子と蓮根の天ぷら@400を注文しました。
蕎麦はしっかりとコシがありながら、喉越しもいいです。
つゆも出汁が良く出た私好みの濃い味です。
何でこんなに美味しいのに、あまり混まないのだろうといつも、不思議に思います。
まさに穴場です。

天ぷらは美味しいです。蕎麦も腰があり、私の好みです。
店内も落ち着いた雰囲気で器にもこだわっており、中浦和駅から近い立地でありながら、隠れ家的なお店です。
