ペコリーノとはイタリア原産の羊の乳を使用したチーズですが、羊が苦手な私はペコリーノも実は苦手。
そんな私がこちらに着た理由。
それはメニューに特濃プリンがあったから♬
カウンターにすわり、とりあえず泡から。
お通しがとても豪華ですね。
自家製パンと、前菜3種。
砂肝のコンフィ・トマトの梅酢漬け・イカとホタテのマリネだったかしら？
注文したのは、鶏のクリーミーパテ。
オレンジピールも添えてありました。
泡の後に赤ワインをいただき、お目当のプリンを。
あっ、ブリュレなのね。
プリンは大好きだけど、ブリュレ派ではないのよねぇ。キャラメリゼのパリパリがどうもあんまり好きではなく。
で、こちらのプリンはクリーミーで確かに特濃感はありますが、私にはちょっと甘すぎでした。
プリンはブリュレで残念ではありましたが、お店の雰囲気は良く、スタッフさんもフレンドリーな感じでとても感じの良いお2人でした♬
