浦和パルコで「ターミネーター3」を見た帰り。
老いて尚健在なシュワちゃんとリンダちゃんに影響されたのか、ガッツリ肉を食いたくなりました。
という訳で食べログで検索。
19年11月時点で☆3.36、気楽に寄れそうな焼肉店『丸喜』さん。
お店は浦和PARCOからだと少し歩きます。
イトーヨーカドーさんの裏の薄暗い路地にありました。
店内はオープンキッチンのイタリアンといった明るい雰囲気。
「食べログクーポン」でドリンク一杯無料有り難し。
遠慮なくビールをグビリ。
肝心のお肉は【厳選5種盛り合わせ（2,580円）】。
その日おすすめの色んなお肉が2切れづつ頂けると言う我々にピッタリな一皿。

普段、カルビを食べない胃腸の弱い老夫婦。
にも関わらず此処の大トロカルビは、サラリと溶ける脂が軽くてペロリ。
胃にもたれません。
出色の一皿は【熟成ロース（680円）】
熟成シリーズはどうやらコチラの推しの様ですが、実際に頂いても肉の旨さが存分に引き出されていて、値段からは遽に信じがたい深い味でした。
肉質に拘りたい。
でもお小遣いに収めたい。
堅苦しいのは嫌。
そんな良くある状況にオススメな、コスパに優れたカジュアル焼肉でした。
