浦和系焼肉の始祖「炭火亭」の予約が取れなかったため、苦虫イートでこちら丸喜にチェックイン。本当に申し訳ないが、内装等含め、あまり期待していなかったのだ。
店員さんからオススメされた希少部位5種盛りからスタート！ランプをちょい焼きでペロリ、まさかの即気絶！
こりゃ美味い。かなりの熟成度合いであることは肉のルックスから想像出来たが、実際に口に入れた時のトロけ方が想像の2〜3段上なのだ。熟成により、タンパク質の分解が限界まで進んだ結果だろうか、赤身肉も軒並み口の中で溶け、アミノ酸の爽やかな旨味を残し消え去っていく。
追加で頼んだロース(塩)に関しては渋谷の名店「いのうえ」のロースに匹敵する旨味ジュワジュワ系の逸品。気絶を繰り返しながら、3人前おかわりしてしまった。
その他、タン系ホルモン系などをつまみ、冷麺を流し込んだところで満腹フィニッシュ。
お会計は...2人で11500円！！
あり得ない。大衆焼肉の価格でこのクオリティが味わえるとは、戦々恐々その類。申し訳無さすら出てくるコスパの良さ。リピート確定だ。このクオリティ、都内だったら最低でも1人9000〜10000円はする筈なので、荒川を渡る価値あり。
「埼玉で手軽に気絶するなら浦和」という噂は間違いでは無かった！
