浦和でのランチ。
スリランカカレーやっているお店を目指して行きましたが、
このご時世でテイクアウトのみとのこと。
近場でざっと食べログで探してこちらへ。
13時半、ランチのラストオーダーギリギリで入店。
先客数名、後客0。
中はスナックのような雰囲気もありますが
焼肉の例のグリルが置いてあり
ダクトも。
ランチメニューは6種類。
時間も時間なのか結構売り切れが。
元々ハンバーグでいいかなと思っていましたが、
熟成焼肉の一部が売り切れで、
希少3種に、極2種の合わせ技で1680円でも提供できるとのことで
それでお願いしました。
タレか塩かでタレに。
ソフトドリンクが6種類から選べて
グレープフルーツジュースに。
10分かからずに提供です。
肉はすべて名札がついています。

歯ごたえは強め。
生の部分が多いと噛むのに難渋するので
火をほどほど通す。
味わいに極端な差はない。
旨みがある。
噛んで楽しむタイプの肉。

希少とは明らかに違う。
大トロカルビは脂多め。
やはり食感強い。
本ミスジ。
唯一やわらか肉。
旨みも十分。
最高の一枚。
やっぱりいい肉は金をかけないと。
サラダ、キムチ、ワカメスープは
とりたてて。
