I visited before 12 o'clock on a certain day in June 2022. Dotonbori Musashi-Urawa Mare is an Okonomiyaki restaurant located on the 2nd floor of Mare Building B, a 1-minute walk from Musashi-Urawa Station. There are no customers in the reasonably sized store. I sat alone at a table and ordered a ``Standard Mix'' for ¥530, a ``Lunch Set'' for ¥240, and a ``Rice'' for ¥170. First comes the lunch set mini salad. Enjoy vegetables with a mildly flavored dressing. A ``standard mix'' containing pork, shrimp, and squid comes to you, so you mix the ingredients and batter yourself and grill it on a griddle. Once it's baked to a nice texture, finish it off with sauce, shaved flakes, mayonnaise, and green seaweed. Food is also served in a timely manner. The fluffy Okonomiyaki is absolutely delicious. The taste of the sauce is just right, neither sweet nor spicy. Okonomiyaki is good to eat with white rice. It's nice to be able to enjoy meat and Seafood together. Complete your meal with the moderately sized Kansai-style Okonomiyaki and rice, and finish off with the vanilla ice cream from the lunch set. Dotonbori is originally a restaurant for families and friends, but you can also enjoy Okonomiyaki and Teppan-yaki lunch by yourself. It's a great store to be able to use easily.
