北浦和駅東口から徒歩3分、「タイキッチン ウアムファン」。また、来てしまいました。気軽にタイ料理が味わえる安心の場所です☆
この日、注文したのはトムヤムラーメン、税込1,100円です。注文するとまずは小さいサラダがサーブされます。このサラダにはナンプラーが入っているドレッシングがかかっていて、メインの前に一気にタイ気分にさせてくれます♪
10分ほどでトムヤンラーメンの着丼です。パクチーがたくさんかかっていて、ワクワク。まずはスープ、いつもの、あれっ❓がやって来ます。そうです。ウアムファンのトムヤムは最初食べる時にいつも感じるんです。自分のイメージのトムヤムと違う？ その違いが何の調味料から来るのかわかりませんが、食べ進めると美味しくてたまらなくなっている自分がいます。麺は平打ち麺、量もちょうど良い感じです。
次々にお客さんが入って来て、安定の人気です。タイ料理レストランで、次々にお客さんが入ってくるのはやはり味の安定感があるのかなって思います。
カミさんの頼んだパッタイは、超甘い味付けになっていて、？でした。確かにタイではパッタイを食べる際に、砂糖をたくさんかける人が多いのですが、最初からはかかっていません。後から調整できるようにしてもらった方が良いかもしれません。
