I made reservation on the day for a holiday dinner. When I entered the restaurant, I smelled something nice. It was more like an aroma than a meal. I was told that it was okay to order the course after I arrived, so I was explained and ordered the Salvia course (about 5,000 yen per person). A course where you can choose your main and pasta. By the way, the menu changes every month. I thought I had to order the same thing, but they said it was okay to order something different (* >ω<) I think I chose something else for +600 yen...? The female staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything properly, but it wasn't stiff and it was very comfortable. *Bagna cauda with organic vegetables *Low-temperature cooked duck and green asparagus with foam of aged white balsamic vinegar *Italian truffle and rich egg parfait *Sauced whitebait and spring cabbage sauce *Saltimbocca with Hokkaido veal *Dessert (I forgot the name) *Coffee Everything was delicious! They put a lot of truffle on it, and it was the first time I've ever enjoyed the aroma of truffles while eating! There are many restaurants that only serve food even if you pay a little, but this restaurant was really good! I will visit again. I recommend it!
