昨日の昼にサラッと下見をして、今日の昼に行ってみました。
時間は、開店時間に合わせ11:30頃に店舗着です。
当然のように先客無しの1番乗りでした。
食べようかと思うメニューも決めていたので早々に注文。
何かというと、コレは珍しいと思ったものです。
”大山どりレバニラごはん”です。 税込み￥1000です。
御飯は、特盛りまで料金に含まれており、お代わりも可能と言う。
更に明太子が食べ放題とのこと。
ただ、外看板に貼り付けられていたメニューには、御飯のお代わり可能とは書かれておらず・・・
後で知った次第でした。
ですから、注文の際に”特盛りはどれ位あるの？”なんて聞いてみたり・・・
因みに、並盛りを１にすれば、大盛は2で特盛りは４とのこと。
お代わり可能がインプットされていれば何でも良かったのだが・・・
大盛で注文しました。
6～7分ほどで出来上がってきました。
レバニラは、其程のボリューム感は無いが・・・
大山どりのレバーは、ゴロゴロと入っていました。
また味付けも良い感じ。
並の鳥でこのような調理をしたものを食べたことがないので、比較は出来ないが・・・
絶対値で美味いのは確かかな。
ただ、御飯は美味そうに見えたのだが・・・
一寸固めでした。 水加減を間違えたのか・・・
その御飯に追加した明太子を乗せて明太御飯に仕上げて頂きました。
一寸遠慮してお代わり2回分が＋になっています。
久々の明太御飯、偶に食べると御飯の固さが気にならぬ美味さが・・・
それにレバニラがあるわけですから、久々に充実したランチになりましたね。
食べ終えた後、御飯並盛りでもう1杯なんて一瞬思ったのだが・・・
止めておきました。
食べたかったのだが・・・
あと、店内を見ていて・・・
素晴らしいスペックに店内環境を管理しているようで・・・
換気の増強を行ったのでしょう。 3分50秒で空気が入れ替わるとのこと。
他の店も見習って欲しいものですね。
