店主は護国寺「ちゃぶ屋」で修行された方です。 |
注意していないと透りすぎてしまうラーメン屋さんらしくないオシャレなお店です。お昼前だったので並ばずに入店、私は人気のざるチャーシューつけ麺、連れは特製塩ラーメンをオーダー、５分ほどで着丼、キレイに盛り付けられた麺はシコシコツルツルと出汁の効いたスープに絡みます。少し酸っぱかったですが締めのスープ割りで美味しくいただけました。特製塩ラーメンは色々なチャーシューと味玉等が入り旨味のあるスープと細麺とも良い相性でした。
