2024年4月下旬、越谷方面にお出かけ。
お目当てはイチゴ農園直売のイチゴ。
イチゴ農園から入間狭山方面の自宅へ帰る途中に気になる看板。
赤い「ぶた丼」の看板に惹かれてしまいました。
11時半ころの入店。
店内の席はほぼ埋まっていました。
程なくして満席になったのでタイミング良かったです。
注文は豚丼、ご飯は大盛り、お肉は二倍に増量のトッピングでお願いしました。
しばらくして料理が到着。
料理はロボットが運んでくれました。
埼玉県は所沢の「山田うどん本店」などでもロボットが料理を運んできますが、こういった大手チェーンでないお店で見たのは初めて。
人件費や混雑時の対応等を考慮して導入したんでしょう。
さて届いた豚丼はお肉が何層にも重なってます。
写真では伝わりずらいですが、豚肉が4〜5段になってます。
ご飯大盛りにしましたが、ご飯が足りないくらい。
お肉だけで・・・300？400？グラム？
網焼きされた豚肉は香ばしい香りがします。
ちょっと甘めのタレもぴったり。
夢中で平らげてお会計・・・と思ってレジ前に行こうとすると、まるで関所のよえにパンの山がお出迎え。
ハイ。
パンも買ってしまいました。
他のお客さんが頼んでいた生姜焼き、唐揚げ、カツカレー、どれもボリュームたっぷりで美味しそうでした。
豚肉も生姜焼きも唐揚げもカツカレーも大好きなメニュー。
また近くに来たら是非寄りたいですね。
