以前、SNSで見つけたミートソースに納豆を載せて提供しているお店を見つけて、その系列店が浦和駅の近くにもあることが分かり行ってきました。
しかも、ここのお店のミートソースの名前が『日本一おいしいミートソース』なんです。
普段ミートソースは食べませんが、食べたくなってしまいます。
今回は平日限定のトリッパイオのランチコース（1890円）を注文しました。
こちらのコース、アンティパストから２品、パスタかピザから１品選べて、バゲットのおかわりができて、デザートとドリンクが付いているので非常にお得に感じました。
アンティパストは日替わり鮮魚のカルパッチョとパルマ産プロシュート
メインはもちろん、日本一おいしいミートソースに納豆トッピング（+60円）
ドルチェはティラミス
ドリンクはホットコーヒーを選択しました。
まずはアンティパストから。
本日の鮮魚はスズキと説明がありました。
たまに魚種を聞いても答えられない店員さんがいるので、あらかじめ教えてもらえたのは好印象です。
臭みもなく、鮮度が良いようでプリッとした食感も良かったです。
プロシュートは口の中で脂が溶けて美味しかったです。
どちらもボリュームは控えめでしたが、次の料理への期待を高めてくれました。
高まった期待をバケットを食べて一旦鎮めます。
そして、いよいよお待ちかねの日本一のミートソース＆納豆の到着です。
納豆がひきわりだからでしょうか、生クリームもかかって一瞬卵黄がのっているのかと勘違いしてしまいました・・・。
まずは納豆なしでいただいてみます。
かなり濃厚なミートソースで、若干苦味も感じます。
大人向けのミートソースです。
日本一かどうかはわかりませんが、今まで味わったことのないミートソースです。
そして、納豆と混ぜていただいてみます。
すると、不思議なことに納豆の臭みは一切感じません。
苦味が中和され、よりコクが強く濃厚な味に変わりました。
これは納豆と一緒に食べた方が美味しいと思いました。
ミートソースと納豆の不思議なマリアージュ。
食べてみて良かったです。
残ったミートソースはバケットで綺麗に完食しました。
店員さんのバケットのおかわりを聞くタイミング、お冷を継ぎ足すタイミング、どれもバッチリで感心しました。
食後にティラミスとホットコーヒーで〆ました。
ティラミスも程よく濃厚で満足のいくものでした。
しかし、コーヒーが唯一残念に感じました。
アメリカーノだと思いますが、雑味が強かったのでエスプレッソで飲みたかったです。
しかし、総じて満足できました。
ミートソース以外のメニューも試してみたいです。
