ミートソースに納豆は新感覚！
さいたま市のマラソン大会のお手伝いの後
オットと一緒に伺いました。
日本一おいしいミートソース
って書いたら
それ、たのんじゃいます。
でも、周りの席は和風カルボナーラ率
が高かったかな。
pizzaはハラペーニョがよく合い
この卓上ハラペーニョは販売していたので
もれなく購入。
そひてミートソース
自慢の生麺もおいしく
日本一は置いておいても
奥深い味わいのミートソースというより
ボロネーゼですね
おいしかった。
なんと言っても、トッピングした
納豆がよい！！
納豆の臭みな感じられずに
ミートソースがまろやかになって
旨し!これからは納豆なしのミートソース
は考えられません！
と、いたく気に入って
家でも早速作ったのですが
家庭の味のミートソースでは
似て非なり、でした。

今回はムスメとのランチ
車だったのですが、アトレ浦和の駐車場
って遠いなぁ（笑）
今回は前回、多くの方が注文されていた
和風カルボナーラにしたのですが、
そうだなぁ、和風カルボナーラというより
出汁の効いた卵とじパスタって感じでしょうか？
コショウ、チーズ感はあんまりなく、
よく言えば、優しい味わいのパスタでした。
納豆ミートソースの方が好き。
ま、これは好みですね。
チーズの中でパスタやリゾットを
ぐりぐりするやつは、ランチメニューには
載っていない気がしたのですが、他の方の
レビューによれば、厨房でぐりぐりして
出してくれるそうなので次はこれ、行ってみたい
です。
カチョエペペって書いている方もいますが
カチョエペペだと、チーズがペコリーノロマーノ
で私は苦手なので確認しよ。
