本日のディナーは、武蔵浦和「タン・シャリ・焼肉 たんたたん 武蔵浦和」です。
タンに拘った焼肉屋だ。
確かに、タンが様々な形に切られて提供される。
まずは、お勧めの”元祖芯タンスライス・たんたタン (2,189円)だ。
タンの超薄切りである。
珍しいな。
鉄板で両目5秒づつ焼いて食べるのだ。
焼いた瞬間、ギュギューと肉が縮まり本物の舌のようになった。
味はタンだが、やはり、厚切りの方が食い応えがあるな。
お次は、”たっぷりネギ塩タン(1,749円)”だ。
タンよりも九条ネギの線切りが病みつきになる。
これは、サンチュ代わりになるな。
”タンホルモン(935円)”は、味が付いているので、焼けたらパクリンコッだ。
味が濃すぎてタンを味わえない。
その後は、カルビやロースにホルモン系と焼肉の定番を平らげた。
どれも肉肉しくて美味だ。
タンのみならず和牛への拘りもしっかりしている。
無料の”おひつ金シャリ”も麦入りでホクホクと美味しい。
焼肉のタレがお米に付いた一口は、止まらなくなるな。
”桜肉のユッケ(935円)”も卵黄が一つ乗った贅沢品だ。
まぜまぜして食べると赤ワインによく合う。
〆の”白菜のわいすぅ(635円)”が病みつきキャベツが如く、箸が止まらなかった。
結構、飲んで12,000円/1人なら満足いく味でした。
サイドメニューも豊富なので、再訪ありだな。
