前から気にはなっていました。で、今回結婚25周年（銀婚式）で
妻と2人でお邪魔しました。
6000円のコースをオーダー。若い頃、バブル時ホテルマンだった私は
「勉強」と言ってよく10000円くらいコース料理を食べ歩きました。
その時に食した「スズキのパイ包み」や「鴨のロースト」など
感動したお皿はあるものの、その後やってきた「イタ飯」ブームにより
フレンチから遠ざかり、食べる機会がなくなりました・・。
いやー、本当にフレンチ（ビストロ）久しぶり・・でも記念日っぽくていいかも。
まず、前菜・・左から「白身魚のカルパッチョ」「イチゴの生ハムのせ」「野菜のピクルス」
「田舎風パテ」イチゴ生ハムは新鮮、昔、メロン生ハムはあったけど、コースでなく
スナックに飲みに行った時のメニューだったよな（笑）田舎風パテは豆が入っていて
食感共々いい感じでした。
続いてスープは「オニオングラタン」これは優しい味で、ロイホの看板メニューに慣れていた
私には物足りない？と一瞬感じましたが、ロイホのそれはそれ自体一品を味わうもので
こちらはコースの一部、他のお皿とバランスをとっているなぁ、と感じ直しました。うましです。
「鰹のポワレ」これは逸品。火入れは抜群、「パリッ」「ホクッ」を感じ、辛くない
マスタードソース？が素材を引き立てます。バター感もそう感じず、「鰹」という魚のチョイスに
センスを感じました。
「ポルチーニのリゾット」これは最高！フォアグラも結構な量で、見た目通りの味わい。
これだけ食べに来てもその価値あり・・本当においしかった！！！！
「蝦夷鹿のステーキ」も火入れ抜群。ジビエにありがちな「硬さ」は感じず、それでいて
適度な歯ごたえ、ただ味は私にとってやや淡泊に感じました。リゾットが濃厚だったせいかも
しれません。個人的には「鴨」や「子羊」でもよかったかも。
あとこのメインにあった野菜のガロ二。素焼きに近い技法なのか、これが絶品！
野菜のガロ二でこの歯ごたえは初体験で、素材を味わう感じでブラボーでした。
デザートも「アイス」「ケーキ」「コーヒーゼリー」のバランスが妙で
甘くなりすぎない感じに仕上がっていました。
いやー、これで6000円は、コスパ的にも最高！10000円くらいしてもいいような内容で
満足感は高いです。フレンチ（ビストロ）の素晴らしさを再発見した１日でした。
