本日6月13日にヴァンエールに彼女を連れてお邪魔させて頂きました。
浦和駅から約５分程にある店でイタリア料理のビストロです。
室内は落ち着いたイメージのとてもお洒落な感じで、とても過ごしやすい空間でした。
私が行った時には丁度ハッピーバースデーの音楽が流れサプライズと思われるデザートプレートが運ばれる微笑ましい光景を見ることが出来ました。( *´꒳`* )
お通しにはアンチョビのパテで深みを感じるようで私好みの味でした。
お通しが気になった私は単品の前菜5種盛を頂きました。
どれも周りを引き立て、飽きの来ないような味付けで美味しかったです。
1番の印象が残ったのは本日のオススメ一品！
アイナメのホイル焼きです。
アサリ、ズッキーニ、パプリカ、玉ねぎと各種様々な具材とアイナメの脂ののった白身をホイルに包んで焼いたものです。
味付けも程良くガーリックの効いたものでこちらにも大満足でした！
お酒の種類では白ワイン、赤ワインの種類がとても多く、ワイン通のお客様が多いようです。
お食事だけではなくワインもオススメで幅広く夜のディナーを楽しむことが出来たお店だと感じました。
また一つ美味しく、そしておしゃれなお店を見つけることが出来て嬉しい気持ちでお店を後にしました。
今度来た時にまた違ったオススメのフードを食べてみたいものです
