いつも混んでいて、飛び込みでは入れないお店という印象です。
目当ての店が臨時休業だったので、思い出して早めの時間帯に訪問したら、すんなりと入れました。
肉バルらしく、肉やフォアグラが売りっぽいのですが、
値段設定はそこそこ高めで、ハズレたら癪なので保留。
大好物の「エビのアヒージョ」と「砂肝とマッシュルームのアヒージョ」を頼んで出てきたのが、1枚目の写真。
食べかけではなく、最初からこの量です。
一種類（確か）680円。二種類頼むと1,280円だったかな？
少し安くなるのですが、それにしてもこの量。
スキレットがこのサイズしかないなら、
二種類用に、もう少し小さなスキレットを買い足した方が良いと思います。
それにしてもブロッコリーを、この量入れる意味・・・
彩りかな・・・？
肝心の味は、「無味」。
オリーブオイルの味しかしないアヒージョは、かなり斬新でした。
アヒージョ欲が全く満たされなかったので、
今夜の夕食は、アヒージョの素を買って、自炊しようと思います。
うにクリームパスタ（2枚目の写真）は、アルデンテとバリカタの間くらいの芯の残留感でした。斬新！
ビジュアルも、味のうちだし、
もうなんだか、しみじみとやっちゃった感がありました。
馬刺しも頼みましたが、こちらは美味しかったです。本場に寄せたのか、甘い醤油がついてきます。
私は甘い醤油が苦手なので、そこは微妙でしたが、馬肉自体は美味しいです。
そうそう、スパークリングワインも美味しかった。
なんというか、背伸びした大学生とか、ママ友同士ちょっと気取りたい時に行くようなお店なのかな？という印象です。
