南浦和駅から徒歩20分ほどのところにあるむさしの森珈琲さんへ。日曜日14:30訪問しましたが、先客4組ほど待ち、ここは紙に名前を記入して並んで順番を待ちます。
目当てはふわとろパンケーキ。ドリンクとセットでオーダーです。もちふわキャラメルシフォンをオーダー。
初めて食べたもちふわキャラメルシフォン、こちらホワイトクリームにほろ苦いキャラメルソースが合います。シフォンの生地は程よくもちふわで食べ応えあり。
ふわとろパンケーキはその名の通り、触ってふわっと、食べてとろっと溶けてしまう食感。シロップをかけて美味しくいただきました。
お店で印象的なのはお客が多いのに席が静かということ、雰囲気がウッディで落ち着けることです。とても気持ちよく過ごせました。
