4/12から始まった憧れの新作パフェを
いただきに。
黄金の飴細工を綺麗にまとった
"いちごのパフェ"。
まだまだ美味しいいちごに
いちごチーズクリームでコクを合わせた
グラストップ。
それを支えてるのは
香ばしく焼かれた薄いクッキー？
と思ったらなんと餃子の皮でした。
パリパリ食感がいいんです♫
いちごのマーブルアイスに
いちごみるくのわらび餅といちご尽くし。
チーズケーキが入ってて
ここにも塩とコクをプラスして。
一見シンプルそうで面白く
素材を使ったパフェなのでした。
