ブルディガラってどこにでもあるわけじゃないてすよね。
広尾本店で八重洲とか浦和とかいいところにしか店を出してないような気がする。高級志向なのかな？
たしかにパン・ド・ミもエックメックも小麦の味がして旨いです。木南晴夏がパン旅で紹介したらしい。そのパンがエックメックらしい。
クロッカンはザクザク感がいいですね。五反田のIKEDAYAMAのクロッカンショコラの方が好みかな。
