埼玉方面に用事があった際、浦和駅の「さいたま肉の会プレミアム 浦和店」に行きました。
浦和駅西口からすぐのビル4階にあるお店で、完全個室の肉バルです。
まずは、スーパードライとジンジャーエールで乾杯！
お通しは、和牛ユッケのてまり寿司。
うずらの卵を真ん中に乗せ、海苔で巻いて一口でいただきます。
サーモンとアボカドのタルタル
きれいに盛り付けられたスモークサーモンを1枚ずつはがすと、中にはアボカドディップ。
サーモンに包んで食べます。
サーモンとアボカドの組み合わせは女性が喜ぶ一皿ですね。
3種お肉の盛り合わせ
この日のお肉は左上から時計回りにローストビーフ・ハラミ・牛サイコロステーキ。
焼き野菜と共に、粗塩かデミソースでいただきます。
お肉はどれもやわらかく、旨味がぎゅっと濃縮されていておいしい！
お店からも一押しとのことで、来店したら必ず食べたいメニューです。
牛もつの煮込み
大好きな牛もつは、鉄板に山盛りで運ばれました。
大根もにんじんも味がしみっしみで、家ではなかなか作れないレベル。
日本酒が飲みたくなる一品です。
というわけで、澤屋まつもとをいただきました。
京都伏見の老舗蔵の辛口純米酒で、香りもよく微発泡のさっぱりめの飲み口。
どんなお料理にも合うお酒です。
さいたま肉の会プレミアム 浦和店は店長さんが地酒に詳しく、日本酒好きにはたまらない品揃えです。
岩手の赤武・福島の一歩己・新潟の加茂錦は獺祭の次に来ると言われているプレミアム日本酒なので、飲んでみると面白いと思います。←どれも初めて見ました！
和牛の肉寿司
〆の豪華な肉寿司は、左上から時計回りにシンタマ・トロタク・玉子・ロース。
シンタマはモモの中心なので、適度に脂があってやわらかい部位です。
さっぱりした中にも肉々しい味わいがあり、最後の最後までお肉のメニューが楽しめました。
北海道小豆の白玉ぜんざい・贅沢ティラミス
白玉ぜんざいはまさかのパフェ仕立てで、クオリティの高いデザートにテンションアップ！
ティラミスもおいしいので、別腹デザートは必食ですね♡
私たちは土曜日の早い時間に伺ったのですが、18時前から混んでいたので予約は必須です。
浦和レッズのお膝元の街なので、サッカー観戦後の祝勝会にもいいですね。
メディアで話題のチーズタッカルビも食べられるので、飲み会や合コンにおすすめのお店です。
