まずは餃子に欠かせないビール
豚しゃぶともやしにごまダレのお通しでまず一杯頂きながら丸虎餃子、えび餃子を注文
餃子到着とともにもう一杯
餃子食べながらもう一杯
水餃子も食べたくなって合わせてもう一杯
なんともビールが進む美味しい餃子です
餃子好きですが餃子なんて家で作ってもうまく焼ければ美味しいし外でも餃子が食べたくなったら満州餃子でダブル餃子が最近の定番でしたがやっぱり専門店の意地を感じました
上手い焼き加減と油も切れていて香りの良い皮で止まらなくなります
試してみてくださいの甘酢のタレも餃子は醤油と横に置いてましたが使ってみたら絶妙でここの餃子にぴったり
よく計算されたメニューなんだなと感心しきり
