12月中旬の日曜日。
前日のボランティアの打ち上げの後に大好きだった『徳龍飯店』の閉店を知った私は、
早速、自宅に近い場所でそれに代わる店を見つけなければと思い立ち、
妻が実家と買い物に出かけて居ないこの日のランチに、
駅の反対側ながらチェックしていた１軒の中華料理店に行って見た。
店内は地元客で賑わっているものの、１人客が圧倒的に多いと言う感じ。
無愛想でたどたどしい日本語のホール担当がいて、
厨房との会話を聞く限り、どうやらここは中国系の店の様子。
メニューは多彩で何でもある。
ホントなら定食の「牛肉の黒コショー炒め」（1,078円）が食べたいと思った私だったが、
連日の会食と飲み会続きのため、優しい感じの「かに肉と玉子の炒め」（748円）をオーダー。
定食にはライス・スープ・杏仁豆腐にドリンクが付く。
しばらくして現れた「かに肉と玉子の炒め」はこんもりと盛られている。
タンポポオムレツのようにやわらかめの半熟玉子だったら嬉しいなあと思ったものの、
それはなく玉子は幾分硬めの仕上がり。
味は悪くないのだが濃いところと薄いところがあって随分雑な作り方だなと思った。
ちなみに「かに肉」なるものは「カニカマ」だった（笑）
そのせいかもしれないがここは随分と安い。
フカヒレや北京ダックまである本格的な店のようだがそれらも随分と安い。
まあ、体験と思って食べてみるのも一興かもしれませんが味の保証はいたしません（笑）
まずは安いものや点心・麺類から攻めてみようかな・・・とこの時は思ったのですが、
リアルな今日現在、あれから一度も行っていません（汗）
「ビビッとくる」街中華ってなかなか見つけられないことは分かっている。
でも、たまーにそういうお店や料理に出会った時の感動は高級料理店では味わえないものがある。
だから何十回裏切られても「街中華巡り」はやめられない。
私は「Ｍ」なのでしょうか???（笑）
