2019年7月3日(水)に初めてうま囲 浦和駅西口店を訪れた。
お店に入ると個室に通された。
和風のお洒落な雰囲気である。
客層は老若男女幅広い。
店内ではリズミカルな洋楽が流れていた。
ドリンクは丸ごとレモンハイボールにした。
レモンがたっぷりと入り、爽やかな酸味が爽快である。
お通しはパプリカ、ブロッコリー、クラッカー、レンコンなどのチーズフォンデュであった。
チーズの芳醇な風味が良い。
牛タンの葱ポンー高知県産かぼす胡椒ーは牛タンに弾力と味わいがあり、玉ねぎやネギなどがシャキシャキとしている。
タレはピリッとした辛さとともに清涼な風味がある。
絶品ロースト牛タンは、身がしっとりとしてやわらかさとともに弾力があり、口の中に旨味と味わいが広がる。
ソースは旨味とともにあとを引く芳醇な風味がする。
炙り牛タン寿司は、噛みしめるほどに味わいと旨味があり、シャリに爽やかな甘みがあり、山葵の風味が美味さを引き立てている。
厚切り牛タン炙りは、レモンを絞って食した。
外側が香ばしく焼かれていて、内側はしっとりとした食感である。
口に入れると食べ応えがあり、弾力とともに牛タンの味わいと旨味が滲み出てきて、トロけるようである。
デザートは麩レンチトーストにした。
お麩で作られたフレンチトーストである。
ふわふわとしてねっとりとした食感であり、蜂蜜の甘みが効いて美味しい。
厚切り牛タン炙り(2枚)が税抜1998円、炙り牛タン寿司が1貫税抜198円、絶品ロースト牛タンが税抜1298円、牛タンの葱ポンー高知県産かぼす胡椒ーが税抜398円、麩レンチトーストは税抜598円、丸ごとレモンハイボールは税抜648円、お通しが税抜320円である。
大変に美味し。
