浦和に用事
卯年の自分は
兎に縁のある浦和の調神社に行くのだが
その日は夜も浦和を案内して頂く予定。
昼ごはん軽く友人と食べようとコチラへ。
久しぶりに会う友人なので
ラーメンでは話が出来ないし
かと言って子供じゃないので
ファミレス行くのもどうか
意外と結構迷ってお店を選びました。
たくさんお店のある裏路地の一角
階段で3階へ
ランチコースも出来そうでしたが
定食からチョイス。
シシカバブ(シークケバブ)にしました。
軽くデザートが付くのですが
プラス料金で
トルコアイスに変更可能でしたのでそれで。
本当はトルコビールも飲もうと思ったが
夜たくさん飲むからいいか。
なかなかの人気店で
お昼時でしたので
ほぼ満席。
キチンと予約して行きましたので良かったです。
先ずはスープが
量もそれなりにありますね。
何やらトルコでは定番のスープのようで
レンズ豆とトマトを使い
これはショートパスタ？
のようなものがたくさん入っていました。
少し味付けが濃いめなので
パンと一緒にいただきます。
メインのシシカバブは
サラダ ピラフ フライドポテトと共に
お肉はジューシーで柔らかく
臭みなんか何もない。
割と多めのスープで温まった胃袋に
次々と放り込んでいきます。
ピラフやサラダも一味違うのだが
いかんせん
普段トルコ料理食べないので
何がどう違うとか
こう違うとか
あまり言えないのが難しい。
美味しいものをいただきながら
久しぶりの再会で
話も弾みました。
デザートはトルコアイス。
なんだかんだで
トルコアイスって食べるの初めてです。
よく混ぜて食べてください
と言われましたが
これがすごく固い。
あまり力一杯やると
飛んでってしまいそうなので
ゆっくりゆっくり
まぜまぜして
食べ始めるまで5分以上を要しました。
なるほど粘りがすごい。
グルコマンナンという
コンニャクにも含まれる成分のおかげで
よく伸びるという。
粘りの強いトロロを食べてるような感じで
面白い体験です。
また浦和の地に来る時は食べに来ようっと。
