トルコ料理アセナ@浦和
世界三大料理・トルコ料理。何故そんな料理なのに国内に目立つお店が少ないのか。
ケバブくらいしか一般人はお目にかからないですよ。という事でトルコ体験しに行きました。
ランチ1600円でメイン・サラダ・ピラフ・スープ・パン・デザート・食後のドリンクまで楽しめるという大サービスっぷり拍手喝采。
プラスでざくろジュースを飲みました。
サラダは一般的なサラダに見えますがドレッシングはオリエンタルなスパイス感。きゅうりもしっかり塩で揉まれており美味。
スープはひよこ豆をベースにしたものでとろみがあり少しピリ辛。めちゃくちゃ優しい味わいであり食べたことないのにおふくろの味感が凄い。
私のメインはチキンケバブ。スパイスチキンの串焼きです。タンドリーチキンをよりジューシーにした出来栄えであり香ばしさが強くめちゃくちゃ好みの味。
ピラフは普通の米と細い麺のようなもの、塩気とクミンが入り混じり癖になる美味しさ。
連れのメインは大きなナスの上にラム肉のトマト煮込みが乗っかった迫力の品。これは食べたこと無い上に味も抜群で良いですね〜。
別途ドリンクでアイランという塩ヨーグルトドリンクを頼んでみたのですが、ラッシーのようなものを想像していたら甘さ皆無のフレッシュチーズみたいなドリンクで面食らいました。
デザートは盛り合わせ。
ピンクグレープフルーツは欠けらすぎて若干テンション下がる。
ナッツ？の風味がするペーストのようなものは香ばしさときな粉のような粉っぽさがあり面白い。
チョコはトルコのウエハースのようなお菓子。
連れはプラス料金でトルコアイスを選択。
昔はやりましたよね。のびーるやつ。
サーレップという植物の球根のデンプンで伸びるそうです。
食後のチャイで〆。
近所にあったら通い詰めていろんな料理を試したいですね。
