南浦和での用事の帰りに、平日の13:30に1人で訪問です。
店内はイタリアンバルっぽい雰囲気で、2人のテーブル席から10人くらいの大きなテーブルまで。
子供が遊べそうなスペースもあったので、もう少し早い時間や休日はママさん達や家族連れで賑わうのかもしれません。
遅めのランチでしたが、結構お客さん入ってました。
QRコードを読み取ってスマホで注文するシステム。よく居酒屋で見ますが、夜はバルで営業しているからでしょう。
そのためかホール担当は2人だけで回しているみたい。でも接客はとても丁寧で印象良かったです。
頂いたのは、
・ローマ風カルボナーラ（大盛り）
ローマ風というのは、サルシッチャ的な豚肉の塩漬けとペコリーノチーズと卵のカルボナーラらしいです。
パスタはもちもち系で食感良いですが、ちょっと味濃いめで塩気多いですね…ビールに合いそう。
ちなみに水代わりにストレートティーが提供されます。
