平日の夜、18時頃に彼女と2人で行きました。
店内は綺麗でしたがお客さんは私たち以外いませんでした。
テーブルへ通されまずは飲み物を注文。
ビールと黒烏龍茶を頼み、すぐに飲み物が来た○。
料理は上レバー、7種盛り、ナムル4種、ユッケを注文。
上レバーはないのとの事なので普通のレバーに変更。
仕入れで決まるっぽい？それにしても残念。×
ナムル4種はすぐに来ました。ちょうどいい味付けで美味しかったです。○
次にユッケが来ました。
ユッケにリンゴが入っており、甘いタレがより甘く感じる。、、
正直これは微妙すぎる。にくはすごく美味しそうなのに勿体なさすぎる。
トータルでヤクルトみたいな味がした。×
レバーは臭みを抑えるために味噌ベースの甘辛ソースがかかっていてこれは美味しかった。○
7種盛りはどれも肉の質は良くて美味しかった。
ただ気になったのが、2人で来店して頼んでいるのに肉の枚数が奇数で来る。
肉厚の部位が入っているのにハサミがデフォルトで渡されない(その後注文すればもらえました。)
全体的にサービス面はもう少し頑張ってほしいですね。
価格とサービスが合ってない。
あとユッケはマジでレシピ変えた方がいい。
