南浦和駅から徒歩10分、駐車場は無しと言うやや不便なお店。
でもボリューミーなランチがあるの！
パステルグリーンの可愛らしい外観。
食堂ヨリミチさんにふらり♪とランチ寄り道しちゃいます。
気になっていた「厚切りポークジンジャー」は限定10食で完売していたので、次なる候補の「鰹節醤油麹唐揚げ」1300円をオーダーしました。
鰹のお出汁が染み込んだお肉なの？かと思いきや…鰹節を衣代わりにまぶして揚げてあります。
お肉×お魚もアリなのだと勉強〜。
醤油麹効果でお肉はとても柔らかい。
もも肉と胸肉のどデカい唐揚げが一皿に4つも入ってるぅ！
衣としてまぶした薄く削られた鰹節は口の中で溶けるように崩れてゆくとても軽やかな舌触り。
鰹節と醤油の食欲を掻き立てられる芳しい香りでとても美味しいけど、肉×魚ってちょっと不思議な味わいです。
赤出し味噌汁とポテトサラダも美味。
唐揚げのサイドにはサラダ。
漬物もあるのでお野菜の量も完璧。
想像以上にデカめの唐揚げ×4つ。
中盤からお腹に辛さを感じ食べ終わる頃にはもう腹12分目で、ぐるじ〜〜。
ボリューミーなので男性でも満足できそうですヨ。
次回は厚切りポークジンジャーねらいで、と思うけど完食できる気がしない。
