This shop is located along the railroad tracks of Minami Urawa Station. The entrance was open, so I quickly sat down at an empty counter seat. Then I looked at the menu and ordered three types of draft beer and offal.・Draft beer (550 yen) ・Kaku highball (380 yen) ・Pork liver (280 yen) ・Nama shiro (280 yen) ・ Cow tongue (880 yen) The raw shiro is seasoned with sauce and has a chewy texture. It goes perfectly with the dark sauce. And the pork liver looks fresh. This one is also delicious with its plump texture. And Tan. Sometimes it comes with lemon, sometimes it comes on a separate plate, sometimes it's bigger, and the atmosphere is different. When you bake it and eat it, it's delicious. It's cheap for 280 yen. That's what I thought, but instead of the 280 yen tongue, I was offered Cow tongue for 880 yen. I thought it was expensive because it was over 2,000 yen at the checkout, but I didn't notice it when it was served or when I checked out, and I noticed it the next day when I checked the receipt. It seems like it wasn't communicated well when ordering. But it was delicious, so I guess it's okay. Besides, Shiro and liver cost 280 yen, so I can't complain because they have this amount and taste. A man was eating Omelette Rice at the end of the counter seat. It wasn't listed on the menu, so maybe it's a secret menu? That's what I thought, but apparently it was just for the staff. For some reason, there was no fire on the iron plate in the man's seat. When I looked at the staff's T-shirt, I saw the name of a famous bar next door. I see. You run two restaurant, and this store provides meals for your staff. This is a small restaurant with only counter seats and two table seats for four people. Since it was a weekday, the only customers were myself and the four people at the table. By the way, the famous bar next door was full of customers. I wonder if it's because it was broadcast on Onna Sakaba Wandering Story last week. By the way, there were two young women working at the store. I immediately felt a sense of familiarity due to the gap with the store name.
