Due to various circumstances, I ended up being a refugee for dinner, so I hurriedly drove away. I believe there used to be a store called ``Uoza'' here, but it closed down without ever going inside. Even around 8pm on a weekday, the parking lot was more than half full and the store was 70% occupied. Just to be sure, I checked from E-PARK and there was only one group waiting, but when I arrived, I was able to get through easily without waiting. A clerk who looks like a part-time job leader appears respectfully and explains the menu system. The menu seems to be based on the premium course that bears the restaurant's name, and there are restrictions on orders for the standard course, which is one rank lower. There was also a thickly cut Steak, but since it's a chain restaurant, I couldn't expect much from the meat, so I compromised and went with the standard course. Subsequent orders will be made from the tabletop tablet device. If you select the standard course, restrictions will automatically be placed on the tablet menu, making it easy to understand. For now, the first set is beef short ribs, Cow tongue salt, yagen, stone-grilled bibimbap, Morioka Cold Noodles, and kakuteki. I calculated while staring at the menu book that if I order 4 individual items, I can get my money's worth, so it seems like the correct answer here is to just make it a course. I didn't get a drink bar or order any soup, but Cold Noodles soup was delicious. It's a 100-minute deathmatch system, as shown in real time on the tablet with ◯◯ minutes until last order. That's why I'm grateful for the fast delivery. Multiple staff brought plates one after another as if they were delivering it to a king's table, and in no time the table was filled with Manchurian seats. Now, it's time for the all-you-can-eat party to begin. I understand the meat, but how about the extremely fast delivery of even the stone-grilled bibimbap? Because it's mini-sized, it's more like a side dish than a main dish. The base seasoning is too strong, and it mixes with the bitterness of the charred food, giving it an unrecognizable taste. It's nice that you can decide whether to add gochujang or not when ordering, so you can adjust the spiciness yourself. Kalbi is paper-thin and burns quickly, tongue has no flavor and burns quickly even if you try to cover it up with green onions and salt, and yagen, which has a pleasant crunchy texture, is ready to eat when its translucent flesh turns white, but it burns quickly. Anyway, the problem is that the fire on the grill is too strong. The correct way to eat Tekayagen is as Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). Even if you're served a plate full of food, you'll get bored of it halfway through, and your jaw will get tired. And I lost another tooth. Morioka Cold Noodles are just regular Ramen with a sour and spicy soup. The noodles had no texture at all, and instead of being transparent, they were yellow and curly. It's still good though because the soup was delicious. . . You can choose whether or not vinegar is added separately when ordering. The second part after reconsidering was beef skirt steak, pork skirt steak, white rice, and corn butter. I don't usually eat dinner that much, but when I go out to eat, I tend to eat a lot. The second helping of white rice was available in medium and large sizes, so I ordered it inside. The beef skirt steak was quite delicious. After all, this is the only way to eat meat. The pig got a passing grade. Place the corn butter in an aluminum cup on a wire rack and steam it. Add this to the white rice along with the freshly grilled meat. Once I was full, I scouted out the dessert All-you-can-eat buffet. I had heard that it was a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) chain run by a business supermarket, but when I saw the desserts, I was convinced. However, there is a dedicated pastry chef on duty and all the cooking is done in-house. HM. We chose oven-baked cheesecake, mousse chocolate orange, madeleine, and strawberry and condensed milk panna cotta. Gelato shop next door has a system where you can grab the staff and get the flavor you like. Cheesecake is the only thing that is consistently delicious, so I don't mind eating it forever. In fact, other than that, the character of Gakushu comes out, for better or for worse. Gelato made with premium milk and chocolate orange doesn't have much taste, right? However, after a quick look, there were about 20 different flavors, so it might be a good idea to try the full version. This is really Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant, right? Overall, this is a restaurant where you enjoy the time of grilling the meat rather than tasting it. I wasn't able to order the premium menu, so I don't know how good the thick-sliced Steak was, but the quality of the meat was as expected. If you're looking for Yakiniku (Grilled meat) for yourself, go to Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Like, if you really want to go to a major chain restaurant, go to Yakiniku (Grilled meat) King, if you're a veteran and reasonably priced go to Anrakutei or An'an, and if you're willing to stretch your legs a bit, go to Senara. I wonder how many years it has been since Yakiniku (Grilled meat).
