果実と氷をしっかり味わえるかき氷
グレフルレアチ 1,600円
レアチーズシロップ、グレープフルーツ、グレープフルーツジュレの構成で
果実の酸味、甘み、フレッシュ感が十分に味わえます。
氷全体にレアチーズシロップがかかっていて、淡いチーズ風味を感じながらサクサク食べられます。後がけのグレープフルーツシロップをかけると、フレッシュなグレフル果実やジュレも混ざって、さっぱり食べられるわたし好みのかき氷でした(^-^)
昨年夏にあった、すいかのかき氷がとってもおいしくて、クリームやミルクを使用しない、果汁や果実メインのシロップのかき氷が好きなので、また今年の夏も期待しています(◜◡◝)

昨日で終売かと思っていたのですが、ギリギリまだ注文OKだったようで間に合ってよかったです。
11時に予約をして伺いました。

氷部分がほとんどミルク感を感じない、果汁が前面に出た味わいでわたし好み。こういう、乳感がほとんどないか、全くないような、果汁味をグッと出したかき氷が大好きです。
ブラッドオレンジの甘味酸味を氷部分でたっぷり楽しめました。おいしかったです✨
