埼玉県に展開するがってん寿司は、与野の産業道路にあった1号店から行っていますが、海鮮居酒屋の対象も認めるほどネタがいい回転寿司です。
この度南与野の整備されたファミレス街道にオープンしました。
平日昼に訪問。駐車場は広々。
きれいな白木の明るい店内は広く、先客は4割ほど。
100円寿司ではないけれど、いい魚がいただける他、
ランチが充実しているのです。
着座位置の板さんがお名前を名乗り、フロアスタッフとともに親切に案内をしてくれます。
最もベーシックな1188円の10貫ランチをタッチパネルから注文しました。
味噌汁がセルフな代わりにおかわり自由です。
到着した寿司は見事。
ネタが大きいですね。
特にアジは小アジ半身一枚ですし
他のどれも新鮮でプリプリでしっとり旨味があって美味しかったです。
薄いタネにロボット握りに手前で乗せるワサビは合理的ですが
やっぱり職人が意気込んで握った寿司は一個が一体になっているから
風味が違いますね。
味噌汁も美味しかったし、満足しました。
