梅玉ビルにオープンした蕎麦屋。2019～2020年頃に閉店した梅玉は再開しなかった。
コシが確りある。暑い日に食べる蕎麦は爽快だ。もつ煮込み丼は汁が大根に染み込んで旨かった。

2023年5月某日の13時過ぎに訪ねた。
浦和駅から徒歩3,4分ほどの場所にあるオープンしてそれほど経っていない感じの蕎麦屋「手打ち蕎麦 しば田」。

その先の浦和市のワシントンホテルの前辺り
以前もこの場所には落ち着いた
お蕎麦屋さんがありましたが、
少し前に閉店してしまいました。
その跡地にできた...
ランチで訪問。マグロ丼ともりそばのセットを頼みました。蕎麦はコシがあると言えばいいのか、硬めです。マグロは中トロもあり、美味しかったです。
個人的には、そばつゆは、濃いめの少し甘口で好み（神田まつや）に近い味。
しかし、肝心の蕎麦が、香りは薄いし、蕎麦感も微妙（もったいない）
以前の梅玉の方がまいう～でしたね。
もう少し切磋琢磨した...
12月26日オープンなのでまだひと月くらいの店。
地元民には「梅玉」の跡地と言えば分かり易い。
80年以上もこの地にあった町蕎麦「梅玉」が建て替えで
休業となり、そのままその土地にマンションが。...
