この日，お昼はトンカツでボリュームがあり安くお得に食べれたので，夜は軽く蕎麦にして見ました、、
浦和の街だと，あまり美味しいお蕎麦屋さんは経験した事ないので、たまにはと思いコチラ1年前(12月)に出来たコチラ、
【手打ち蕎麦 しば田】へツレと来店して来ました、、
店内は奥に縦長の清潔感また雰囲気良さげな感じ，
前の店舗も蕎麦屋だったのですがビルそのものの老朽化で新しいビルだから綺麗な事もあるかと思います。
僕は軽く、ざるそば、、
でも，サラッと行けると思い大盛りで、
ツレはカレー南蛮そばを注文、、、
ざるそば ¥970-(税込)
大盛り ¥240-(税込)
カレー南蛮そば ¥1,500-(税込)
先ずは蕎麦だけを，そのまま一口、、
『一般的よりも少し細めの蕎麦』
『香りは余り伝わりませんが食感はシコシコ美味しい』
続いてつゆを、、、
『コチラは少し濃い味で美味しい』
きっと返しが強いと感じました、、、
ちなみにツレが食べたカレー南蛮蕎麦も頂きます、、
『コチラは逆に蕎麦のシコシコ感は無いです』
※勿論冷水で〆ないので麺は柔らかくなりますが、、、
また、スープは蕎麦屋独特のサラッとサラッとタイプでは無くトロミを少し強く効かせた感じ、、
スパイスでしょうか？辛さも効かせた美味しいスープでした、、、
最後に、初めて来ましたが、鴨しゃぶもお店の売り見たいです、、、
後は，ランチだとお得感ありますが、夜は少しお高め感を感じました、、、
ごちそうさまでした
