年越し蕎麦を食べに浦和探訪。ロイヤルパインズホテルの近くに評判のお蕎麦屋さんがあり、年越し蕎麦をそちらで頂こうと参じた次第。
しかしながら、満席でお酒も飲んでるから席がいつ空くかも分かりません…と振られ気分で後にする。それならばと、ピンチヒッターとして最近、県庁通りにある焼肉店：朱苑の近くに出来た｢しば田｣の暖簾をくぐるのでした。
大晦日の18時半すぎに到着。
店内は年越しそばを食べているご家族連れで賑わっていました。6人など団体さんにも対応可なのですね。
個室の様なスペースもありましたよ。
メニューと店内の雰囲気、接客や口コミの様子から総合するに・・・いやはや、何だかアタリ感あるぞこの店…！
（これでも下書きのまま投稿してない分含めれば、それなりの数行ってますからね）
そんなわけで、様子見はしないで食べたい物頼んでお手並み拝見と行こう。
・鴨焼き 1800円
見た目から美味しそうな柔らかい鴨肉は絶品。
長ねぎ、まいたけ、ししとうの焼き野菜と薬味に大根おろしと柚子胡椒が添えられています。
換算すると、鴨肉１枚あたり400円近くするわけですが、、、大晦日なんだ細けぇ事はいいんだよ←
特に火入れが優れており、個人的には柚子胡椒を付けて食べると良好でした。
いい値段するけど、モノが良いだけにコスパ悪いとは思わない。
こいつを肴に日本酒や焼酎を一献ってのも大人の飲みって感じで、実に乙じゃないかな。
・かしわせいろ 1650円
温かいつけ汁に入ったかしわとネギ、柚子の香りが配膳された時点から立ち上ってくるじゃないのよ。
お蕎麦は少し田舎蕎麦っぽく太麺なところもある。
（青森県おいらせのそば粉を使用しているとか）
新そばなので少し緑かかっているのもまた良ろしおますな。
この蕎麦が抜群でして、細切りでツルっとしたのど越しの良い麺なのですが、
不思議とコシがあってかなり好みです。
並盛の分量はそこまで多くないため、大盛りにすれば良かったと激しく後悔。
このまま帰ることが出来ず、思わず「おかわりせいろ 550円」をオーダーし、もう１枚頂いてしまった程です。
つけ汁も辛めの味付けで、こちらも好みでした。
蕎麦湯で割って完食。幸せな大晦日となりました。リピートしちゃいそう。
帰りに見つけた立看板記載の鴨しゃぶも絶対美味いゼこりゃ、、、
駅前の立地柄から駐車場は無いため、お車でアクセスの場合は近隣のコインパーキング利用となります。
