少し前にオープンしてから気になっていたこちらのお店。
今日は餃子気分だったので、行ってみることにしました。
どっさりしそ餃子(660円)
サラダ、ご飯、スープセット(300円)
を注文しました。
ついでにジャスミン茶割り(380円)も。
頂いてみての感想は‥
餃子自体はとても美味しいです。そのまま食べても十分美味しかったです。紫蘇は生地や具材に練り込んでないタイプだったので、紫蘇の量を調節出来て良かったです。ただ5個だと餃子の大きさ的に男性には物足りないかなと思いました。餃子の個数を変更出来たり、唐揚げを1個単位で追加注文出来ると嬉しいです。
ジャスミン茶割り→もう少し酒濃い目が私は好きです。
セットはどれも普通でした。スープをワンタンスープにすると餃子店ぽいな‥生姜を効かせるとかいいかも‥と思いました。サラダも餃子の余った皮を揚げて乗せるとかスパイスを効かせるといいかも‥と思いました。
まだオープンして間もないので、今度行った時に進化していると嬉しいです。
店の雰囲気はとてもいいと思います。
夜よりも昼の方がお酒メニューが安いようなので、昼飲みスポットの少ない浦和に出来たのはとても嬉しいです。
