この日，ランチが早かった(AM11:30)ので、
夜も早めとなりました、、、
ちなみに浦和の街の日曜日は気持ち営業しているお店が少なく感じます、、
やはり県庁所在地の影響もあるのでしょうか？
コチラのお店、、以前は居酒屋で，今年(2023)の2月に新しく出来たお店、、
平日は17時から営業で日曜日だけは、
AM11:30〜21:00まで通し営業されています、、、
浦和で餃子を売りに出しているお店は少なくて来て見ました、、、
粗挽き肉餃子(5個) ¥550-(税込)
濃厚チーズ餃子(5個) ¥880-(税込)
マグロとアボカドのタルタル ¥880-(税込)
焼き豚炒飯 ¥990-(税込)

先ずは，粗挽き餃子を頂きました、、
『皮はモチっと、具材は豚肉とタマネギのみ』
※皮は自家製では無いと言っていました。
確かに、粗挽き感は多少あり少しだけゴロっと感じるお肉の味は感じますが，味はそこまで美味しく無い、
可もなく不可も無く、、、
続いて，濃厚チーズ餃子を、、、
『こちらも具材は同じ豚肉とタマネギのみ』
チーズが2種類で、見た目の映え感とはあるが味は普通、、、
マグロとアボカドのタルタル、、
『とても柔らかな食感ですがマグロの存在感は無し』
最後に焼き豚炒飯をパクリ、、、
『細かく刻んだタマネギ、小さなキューブ状の豚肉の具材のみに玉子を絡めた炒飯』
コレもインパクトは無くパラパラ感も中途半端、、、
味は家庭で美味しく作れた感じの炒飯でした、、、
以上，生ビールが量少なめで高く、食事も割高感アリで味は至って普通、、、
久しぶりの餃子の割にはイマイチでしたが，若い男女の接客だけは良くて，ホールの男性はお店を出る迄見送りして深々と長い時間お辞儀迄していました、、、
申し訳ありませんが，もう来ません、、
