パスタは自家製を出来立てで提供するようです。

そら豆、いんげん、スナップエンドウにパンチェッタとリコッタチーズ。
野菜を焼いたり、ブレンダーの音が聞こえたり、手間をかけて作ってます。

ねっとりと美味しい素晴らしい鰹。

瑞々しく火が入った北寄貝と、自家製のタリオリーニがとても美味。

ガリっとじゅわっと火が入ってます。
■ショコラプリン ラズベリー風味
アマレッティは入っておりませんが、アマレットを使用してます。
このプリンもとても滑らかで、色々と技術が高い方なんだろうと思います。
