クーネルベーカリーさんの二階にある、カウンターとテーブル3席の距離感近いアットホームなワインバル。
土曜夜18:45からの利用です。
ほぼ満席の大盛況、キャパに応じたスタッフ数的に致し方ないのですがやや慌ただしく、オーダーのタイミングに迷う印象を受けました。その後のオーダーは丁寧に対応して下さりました。
おすすめのワインとそれに合うおつまみと肉料理のラインナップ。旬の食材の黒板メニューも気になります。
メインはサガリステーキをチョイス、そのほかおつまみ3種を含めて何品か。
ステーキは驚きのやわらかさで、赤身ならではの食べ応えで大満足です！
揚げたてポテトチップスは薄切りにしたじゃがいもをカラッと揚ていますが、市販よりも厚みがややあるので少しホくっとした食感も楽しめ止まらない美味しさ
俵メンチカツは優しい塩加減でふんわり食感でペロッといけちゃいます。
肉メニューあれこれ楽しむには単価はやや高めなので何回か通って試してみたいです
