It's a certain holiday. It's snowing outside. I don't want to go far on a day like this. There's probably no snow on National Route 298, so I'll try heading towards Kawaguchi. The Gaikan Expressway is closed, so I don't want to go out on National Route 298. It was quite crowded. When I arrived around 11:30, the front of the store was full. I asked the staff at the store and parked a little further away. The front of the store was covered in snow, so it was difficult to walk. When I entered the store, all of the 10 or so customers in front of me were gone. The Turkish people (probably) don't feel like they're away. But I can't back down here, so I enter the store with dignity.Smoking is allowed inside. It smells like cigarettes. Many Turkish people seem to be smokers. The chai is self-service.Just like the Turks, they serve cubes of sugar. I put one in and tried it.It's just regular black tea. It's very cold in the store. There's an air conditioner, but it's not working.I don't seem to know how to use the remote control.I don't know how to use it, or rather, I can't seem to read the words for heating and cooling. A Turkish staff member brought a remote control to me and asked me to teach him how to use it.When I explained how to use it, he said, "30 nishite", wondering whether he understood or not, and put down the remote control and went back to the kitchen. It's not ℃ (^-^; I tried operating it and found that the maximum was 29℃. Well, that's fine. I left the remote control, so if it gets hot, I guess I can turn it down. I set it to 29℃ for the time being. The person in charge of the hall is a beautiful Turkish woman with a nose piercing. Japan. I don't know much about Turkish Cuisine as I don't speak much of the language, so I ordered Lahmajun, which I had heard of, for 800 yen. Then, she suggested "Drinka wa?", so I ordered Ayran, a Turkish drink yogurt.250 yen, and free chai. I don't need a drink, but I can't refuse the recommendation of a beautiful Turkish woman. The waiting time from here is about 30 minutes. It's a precious time to spend watching a lot of Turkish people. The inside of the restaurant is not that warm. It's rare to see Japanese people eating here. The Turkish customers behind me kept looking at me, but no one spoke to me. The first thing that came out was Ayran. There was no ice in the huge glass. It was quite a large amount. Ayran tasted like salted lassi. Something like this too. It's interesting. Lahmarjun finally appears. A large, beautifully colored salad is also brought out. Instead of dressing, it comes with 2 slices of lemon. The greens on top are chopped parsley. It's a fresh and healthy salad, but here... If there is a lot of parsley, it will be bitter.Lahmajun is a crispy pizza-like food.It comes with lemon, so you squeeze it and eat it.It tastes like sheep meat sauce. The taste is completely different from that meat sauce, with a hint of spice. Although it has a bit of a habit, it doesn't bother me, in fact it's delicious. It's thin, but it's quite large, and the amount of salad is quite satisfying, so I'm quite satisfied. Although it seems that you can pay by credit card or PayPay, For some reason, they said it was cash only. It was supposed to cost 1,050 yen, but the drink set was discounted by 50 yen, making it 1,000 yen. It was a treat to find such an interesting shop on the outskirts of Kawaguchi.
