The three major cuisines in the world are French, Chinese, and Turkish. It's true that I sometimes eat French food, and it's a bit pricey, but I have the impression that it's very delicious. Chinese food can be found everywhere in Japan and is reasonably priced. And you can find Chinese food everywhere, even outside of Japan. Turkish Cuisine is a question. What I know is kebab, you can see it in kitchen cars and it's relatively easy to get, but I'm the only one who has never been in a situation where I thought, "Let's go eat Turkish Cuisine today!" kana. Well, while I was thinking about this on Sunday morning, I found a review from a follower, Mamiko, about a delicious Turkish Cuisine in Kawaguchi, so I decided to visit it during lunch time. It was around 11 o'clock when we arrived by car. There was a parking lot for 3 cars in front of the store, and 1 space was vacant, so I parked there and entered the store. The first thing I saw when I entered the restaurant was the large number of dishes prepared on the table. There was a waiter there, so when I told him how many people there were, he said, ``I can't speak Japanese,'' which made me a little nervous, but someone who I thought was the owner came out from the back and politely guided me to a table in Japanese. . There was a menu, but the owner said, ``Sundays are All-you-can-eat buffet style,'' ``All the dishes there are all-you-can-eat,'' and ``The price is 2,000 yen.'' If you can enjoy a variety of Turkish Cuisine it's definitely All-you-can-eat buffet, so I chose that option, grabbed a plate, and headed to the table. There were several Turkish and Kurdish people eating inside the restaurant, and they continued to come in even after we had started eating. By the way, we were the only Japanese people and we were talking words that I had never heard before, so it felt like I was on a trip overseas. There are many dishes on the table, but since I've never seen them before, I can't even imagine what they taste like. Then the owner comes over and explains very carefully, ``This is the dessert, the middle is the main dish, the left is the cheese, etc., and the bread is on top.'' There are kebabs in the kitchen, but apparently kebabs are not included in the all-you-can-eat plan, unfortunately. As I was thinking this, the owner, perhaps sensing what was going on, said, ``I'll cut you a kebab for you,'' and gave me some, thanking me. Arrange a lot on a plate and serve immediately. The red dish is probably stewed tomatoes, and it has sausage in it, so it's a little spicy and delicious. There are also things like scrambled eggs, which are also quite good. And the kebabs are definitely delicious and you can really feel the flavor of the meat. However, I guess it can't be helped that there are some things that don't suit my taste. By the way, when I looked at the way the person next to me ate it, I found that they put all the ingredients on a naan-like bread and took a bite. I wonder if that's the official way to eat it. I heard that you can drink all-you-can-drink tea, but when I poured it into a cup, only hot water came out. that? Is there a different way to drink it? ? Just as I was thinking that, the owner came again and said he would pour half the tea from the pot on the water server and dilute it with half the hot water from the water server. I see, you won't know if that's the way you drink it unless you ask. Thank you for eating until you are full. I didn't know if I could use credit cards or PayPay, so I just handed over 4,000 yen in cash and left the store. The shop owner was always smiling and had good customer service, and his words were very polite and gave me a good impression. Although I was a little worried at first, I was able to enjoy Turkish Cuisine.
