浦和に用事があり出かけました。
早めに着いて会場に程近くの花論珈琲茶房さんでモーニングをいただきました。
シックな雰囲気な店内で、2階の席を勧められました。
奥まっていて隠れ家の様です。
カレーライスもいいなと思ったのですが、パストラミビーフとチーズが入ったパニーニのモーニングにしました。
先に珈琲が運ばれてきました。
サイフォンで淹れられていてフワッと香りが立ち上ってきました。
サラッと軽やかで酸味があまりなく朝にピッタリなブレンドでした。
生クリームも添えられていたので入れていただきました。
クリーミーさとコクが加わって珈琲がまろ味を帯びました。
焼き上がったパニーニは具のパストラミビーフとチーズで濃厚な味わいです。
カリッとしたミミの食感、パセリの香りと五感で味わえました。
ぼちぼちお客さんの入店がありますご、皆静かにモーニングをいただいていてゆっくりできました。
その後の用事頑張れました。
