We use A5 domestic Kuroge Wagyu beef so large that you can't see the rice, and we grill it right in front of our customers. The simple seasoning of a thin layer of Japanese-style soy sauce and a sprinkling of black pepper brings out the flavor of the ingredients. We also recommend the Cow tongue sashimi, which is slowly cooked at a low temperature for three hours. The combination of moist and soft Cow tongue and lemon sour is outstanding◎
