個室ということで、落ち着いた雰囲気。
駅近かつ11時からオープンなので、昼飲みにも最適です◎

まずは瓶ビールとお通しで乾杯です♪
プレモルの瓶があるなんて、なかなか贅沢ですね〜
この日のお通しは、きゅうりと大根のお漬物でした。
さっぱりとした漬け具合で、食欲を増進してくれます。
塩サラダ(780円)
まずは「塩サラダ」からいただきます。
大きめにカットされたきゅうりとレタス、海苔！
塩ダレが効いたドレッシングがいいですね〜。
これはツマミになるサラダだ！
シャキシャキな野菜の食感が心地よいです。
大根(220円）
こだわりのお出汁で作り上げた”おでん”が名物とのことで、早速おでんから「大根」をチョイスしました。
口に入れる前から出汁の香りがすごい！
後を引く、旨みのある出汁です。
しっかり強めの旨みがあるのに、口当たりは上品。さすが京風ですね✨
歯応えがあるもののしっとり柔らかく、出汁がしっかり入っている大根！
ジュワッと広がる出汁がいいね〜。
さっぱりネギ塩牛タン刺し(780円)
和牛タンもおすすめとのことで「さっぱりネギ塩牛タン刺し」も注文。
ネギのシャキシャキ感と、噛むたびに広がるタンの旨み！
薄めカットなのに、タンの旨みが凝縮されてるから非常に食べ応えがあります
おでんの出汁でつけた茹でタン(1,080円）
おでんもタンも美味しい！ということは、この2つを掛け合わせた料理はうまいに決まってますよね？！
ということで「おでんの出汁でつけた茹でタン」をいただきました。
箸で簡単にカットできる柔かさ！
シャクシャクな牛タンの食感と、上品な味わいの出汁が絶妙にマッチしています。
噛むほどに甘みを感じる相乗効果✨
牛タンはかみごたえはあるものの、あっさりした味わいなので食べやすいです。
大根は牛タンの旨みをほんのり感じるしゅんだ味わい。
わさびが非常に合いますね〜。
おでん！牛タン！どちらも同時に堪能したい時におすすめです。
