今日の大宮公園は暑い〜蕎麦が食いたい！
とやってきたのは【手打蕎麦 椋庵】
大宮公園駅から25分くらいだろうか。
外観は普通のお家でわからなかった。
今日は、おろし蕎麦を注文。
■食べたもの
▶︎おろし蕎麦 ¥1320
▶︎野菜天ぷら ¥1000
20分ほどで到着。
たっぷりおろし（おにおろし、みょうが、ネギ、ないわれ）が別皿で。これだけたっぷりだと嬉しい。
蕎麦はしっかり蕎麦の食感、風味を感じるもの。
二八より蕎麦感は強いです。
蕎麦つゆもキリッとしていて美味しい。
そして、天ぷらも季節のものがしっかり入っていて美味。サクサクというよりしっとり系で素材を活かしてます。
